OUR Classes

Open Gym

Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.

Yoga

Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.

Group Training

Our classes combine cardio with strength training in a variety of ways. No matter how frequently you attend, you won’t feel like you’re doing the same exercises again and again. These high-intensity classes are an hour long.

Bootcamp

CrossFit

Our General Strength and conditioning Program. These are small group classes that are run by professional CrossFit coaches. We generally start with a warmup and stretch. Then, we transition to our weightlifting or gymnastics portion which is designed to strengthen your body and teach you valuable skills. At this point we move to the WOD (Workout of the Day) which is all about High Intensity movement. This will leave you gasping and sweating on the floor but after 10 minutes you'll be excited to do it again tomorrow!

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is an exciting fitness programs designed for children ages 5-13. CrossFit Kids is designed to get your child moving, while learning basic fitness skills, engaging in teamwork, and of course, having fun! Our program will mostly be based on running, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and basic weightlifting.

Next Level

Our elite competitors Program. If you are interested in taking it up a notch and want to be competitive in the sport of CrossFit Next Level is for you. Not for the faint of heart, Next Level takes our CrossFit Class and adds an additional 1-2 hours of Weightlifting, Conditioning, Gymnastics, Accessory work, and Workouts on top of what we already do. This is for the advanced athlete that wants to see how good they can get.
